Role Description The Marketing Finance Specialist is a full-time in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing marketing budgets, monitoring campaign spending, and preparing financial reports related to marketing activities. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to evaluate the financial impact of campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize return on investment. Daily tasks include financial analysis, variance tracking, cost-benefit assessments, forecasting,



and supporting management in planning and decision-making for marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Analysis to evaluate marketing performance and ROI.
Solid knowledge of Finance principles, budgeting, and cost tracking related to marketing and sales activities.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams and present insights clearly.
