From our bestselling Blue Masala Chai to our skincare range, we’re building a brand that is bold, contemporary and constantly evolving. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, efficiency and ownership to our growing business.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our order, inventory and marketplace operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Manage order processing and dispatches across our website and various marketplaces.
* Monitor and manage RTOs (Return to Origin), returns and order cancellations, and identify ways to reduce them.
* Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
* Manage inventory across warehouses, websites and marketplaces,



ensuring stock levels are accurate and updated.
* Maintain detailed inventory and operations records in Microsoft Excel.
* Prepare and maintain regular inventory, sales, dispatch and operational reports.
* Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas and other commonly used functions.
* Schedule and manage shipments on Amazon and coordinate marketplace fulfilment requirements.
* Monitor marketplace orders and ensure there are no pending, delayed or unprocessed orders.
* Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues quickly.
* Track stock movement, inward/outward inventory and discrepancies.
* Assist in demand planning and stock replenishment to avoid both overstocking and stock-outs.
* Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.
* Identify inefficiencies in existing processes
