Role Description This full-time remote Call Center Specialist role focuses on providing high-quality support to customers and clients through phone, chat, and email channels. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in internal systems with accuracy and clarity.



The Call Center Specialist will follow established scripts and guidelines while also using judgment to personalize communication and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate complex problems, sharing feedback from customers, and helping improve processes and service quality. Consistent attendance, adherence to schedules, and meeting performance targets such as response time and resolution rate are key expectations for this role.
Qualifications

Robust customer-focused skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication suited for contact center environments.
Knowledge of Contact Centers operations, such as call handling procedures, ticketing systems, and basic performance metrics.
Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with web-base
