Role Description The E-commerce Customer Support & Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across online channels, resolving order and product-related issues, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. The executive will manage order processing, coordinate with logistics partners, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges. Daily tasks include updating order status, maintaining accurate records, supporting website-related queries,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the brand’s values of mindfulness and respect.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Experience providing Online Support via email, chat, social media, or e-commerce platforms.
Basic Technical Support skills to assist customers with website navigation, account access, and order-related issues.
Positive communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and empathetic written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
