Role Description The Assistant Manager Business Development will support growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Greenlam’s surfacing solutions in assigned markets. This full-time, in office role based in South Delhi involves prospecting and meeting potential customers, presenting product portfolios, and collaborating with architects, interior designers, and channel partners to drive sales. The role includes preparing proposals, pricing inputs, and business presentations, tracking leads and opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or reporting tools. The Assistant Manager will coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business targets.
