Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, identify potential customers, promote company software/IT products, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, emails, social media, references, and networking.
Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
Present and demonstrate company software, ERP, or IT solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects regularly.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Coordinate with the technical/support team for product demonstrations and implementation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings,



follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Monitor competitor products and market trends.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and business events when required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of IT/software products.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales & Marketing qualification is an advantage.
Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably IT/software/ERP sales.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
