Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on driving sales of high-end residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective clients, presenting property options, conducting site visits, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding investment needs,



and offering tailored solutions aligned with market trends. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, prepare proposals and documentation, and ensure timely follow-up and high-quality customer service throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including negotiation, lead conversion, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide clients through complex transactions and support internal sales processes.
Relevant experience in real estate sales or luxury product sales is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and meet performance targets.
