Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Fresher role based exclusively in Rajkot; relocating candidates are not suitable for this position. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The HR Fresher will coordinate basic employee benefits administration, support attendance and leave tracking, and assist in handling employee queries under guidance from senior HR team members.



The position also includes preparing HR documentation, contributing to HR-related reporting, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth people processes.
