Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting Homegenie’s building products and solutions, and driving sales conversions in assigned territories. Day-to-day activities include identifying new leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, closing orders,



and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, gather market feedback, and support promotional activities. The role requires regular travel within the region, accurate reporting of sales activities, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship management.
Ability to conduct persuasive product presentations, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a competitive market.
Knowledge of building materials, home improvement products, or real estate-related services, or willingness to learn quickly.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in the Greater Chennai Area.
