Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities, for the Bengaluru office. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting HR policies, handling employee queries, and coordinating performance management and engagement initiatives.



The Human Resources Executive will assist in recruitment processes, maintain HR records and HRIS data, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines. The role also includes collaborating with leadership and team leads to foster a positive work environment, supporting training and development activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR functions effectively.
Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance-related activities.
Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and promote a positive workplace culture.
