Role Description The Drawing & Art Teacher at FcC will design and deliver engaging remote art lessons for children and teens, focusing on drawing, painting, and foundational art skills. This full-time role involves planning and structuring classes, preparing digital teaching materials, and adapting content to different age groups and skill levels. The teacher will conduct live online sessions, demonstrate techniques, provide constructive feedback,



and encourage creative expression in a supportive environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining records, collaborating with educational staff on curriculum improvements, and communicating effectively with learners and caregivers.
Qualifications
Ability to design effective visual arts lessons, with strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
Proficiency in classroom instruction and facilitation, including Teaching and Art Education for diverse age groups.
Practical expertise in studio art techniques, particularly Drawing and Painting.
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience teaching children or teens in online or in-person settings, with a learner-centered approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students remotely.
