About the Role
Digicial Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketer who can independently manage digital advertising campaigns and consistently deliver strong results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better leads, conversions, and ROI
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
Create and test different ad campaigns, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns




Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives

Requirements
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Proven ability to manage campaigns and generate measurable results
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting is a plus
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
