The Role

As City Operations Manager at Zenith, you'll be the backbone of our ground operations. You won't be managing spreadsheets in an office—you'll be on the ground, solving real problems, building processes, and ensuring every customer and driver experience is seamless.

You'll report directly to the founders and have significant influence on how operations are structured and scaled. This is a role for someone who thrives in rapid-paced environments and takes ownership of everything they touch.

What You'll Do





Lead day-to-day operational activities across cab hailing and self-drive rental services
Manage driver relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking
Coordinate fleet allocation, maintenance schedules, and vehicle logistics
Handle customer and driver escalations with speed and professionalism
Build and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor service quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Lead driver onboarding and training programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, finance, tech, and customer support teams
Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks
Report metrics, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team
