What you’ll do
Business Development:



Generate business for Original Equipment and integrated solutions related to process improvement within the mineral processing equipment sector in the Odisha region.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits and presentations to customers in the Keonjhar/Barbil area, managing relationships at all levels to understand and meet their requirements effectively.
Sales & Marketing: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, handle discussions, and close orders to achieve agreed business objectives and company KPIs.
Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with regional, SIOP, engineering, and operations teams; provide weekly updates on new business opportunities, customer feedback, and strategies to address customer pain points.
Daily Role: The successful candidate will spend their days engaging with customers, preparing proposals, coordinating internally, and traveling extensively (approximately 15-20 days per month) within the territory.
Success Metrics: Success will be measured by meeting or exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships
