Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area for Sales Center Executives,



Back Office staff, and Team Leaders. Daily responsibilities for Sales Center Executives include making outbound and handling inbound calls, pitching products, explaining features and perks, addressing customer queries, and converting leads into sales while following defined scripts and compliance standards. Back Office team members will support call operations through data entry, lead management, order processing, documentation, and coordination with the calling team to ensure smooth workflows and accurate records. Team Leaders will oversee calling teams, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, track targets, prepare basic reports, and ensure adherence to quality, process, and ethical sales guidelines. All team members are expected to collaborate closely, maintain professional communication, and contribute to a positive and results-oriented work environment.
