About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Estate Operations Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of a large residential real estate project comprising approximately 360 bungalows.
The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the estate, including housekeeping, security coordination, maintenance, landscaping, common areas, vendor management, and overall site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the residential estate.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, gardening, and other support staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of bungalows and common areas.
Coordinate with security personnel/agencies and ensure proper security arrangements across the project.
Monitor maintenance of roads, lighting, water systems, drainage, common facilities, and other infrastructure.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Conduct regular inspections of the entire project and identify operational or maintenance issues.




Ensure timely resolution of complaints, service requests, and operational issues.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, incidents, manpower, vendors, and expenses.
Monitor attendance, discipline, deployment, and performance of estate staff.
Ensure proper waste management, landscaping, gardening, pest control, and general cleanliness.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with project safety, operational, and housekeeping standards.
Report major issues, incidents, expenses, and operational updates to management.
Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant agencies when required.
Assist management in improving operational efficiency and controlling estate operating costs.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
