Role Description The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about Home Doot’s cleaning and pest control services, answer queries and support bookings. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service packages, sharing pricing details, updating customer records, and coordinating with operations teams to schedule appointments.



The role also involves following up with leads, providing post-service feedback calls, and maintaining a courteous, professional tone in all interactions. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent availability during business hours and close collaboration with the local team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
