Role Overview

Our team is quickly Scaling and we’re on the hunt for a SALES DIRECTOR from INDIA

to spearhead, and scale our Business Development Team. This role is responsible for driving self-generated leads pipeline, improving client conversion rates, and building a high-performance sales engine for Scalex. You will own the top-of-funnel strategy ensuring consistent lead generation, high-quality appointments, and seamless handoff to Business Development Managers (Sales Closers), while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

I. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, coach, and manage a remote team of Business Development Managers and Appointment Setters (PH Based team) Set clear KPIs (calls, connects, booked meetings, show rates, qualified opportunities)



Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance audits Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement
II. Pipeline Generation & Optimization Own sales strategy across cold calling, email, Linked In, and other channels Ensure consistent pipeline flow to meet company revenue targets Optimize scripts, messaging, and outreach sequences for higher sales conversion Monitor and improve key metrics: contact rate, booking rate, show rate, and qualification rate
III. Systems & Process Management Implement and refine CRM workflows (e.g., Zoho, Go High Level, etc.) Ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities and pipeline metrics Standardize SOPs for outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting Direct lead quality and leads targeting strategies
