Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our client base in international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2 B sales, business development, international sales and will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and generate current business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales initiatives.

• Prospect and engage with potential clients across the USA, UK, and Canada .
• Identify and connect with CPA firms, accounting firms, and businesses requiring accounting and bookkeeping outsourcing services.




• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand their requirements.

• Present and position Mindspace's accounting and outsourcing solutions to prospective clients.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

• Negotiate with prospective clients and work towards successful closures.

• Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain accurate sales records, lead details, and pipeline updates in CRM.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

• Represent the company at relevant networking events, business meetings, and industry platforms when required.
