Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generator / Telecaller (Sales) role based in Indore. The Lead Generator / Telecaller will contact prospective customers via phone, understand their housing or investment needs,



and introduce Shubham Group’s projects and offerings. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate call records and lead databases, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. The team member will coordinate with the sales and marketing teams, share customer feedback, and support campaign-based calling and promotional activities. The role also includes handling basic customer queries, scheduling appointments, and meeting daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken English and/or Hindi and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Sales and customer service skills, including persuasion, negotiation basics, and a customer-focused approach to lead conversion.
Basic computer and CRM skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, lead trac
