Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or an equivalent recognized HSE certification.
Minimum 2 years of HSE experience on construction, interior fit-out, MEP
Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, local authority requirements, and site safety procedures.
Valid First Aid and Fire Warden/Firefighting certification.
Ability to prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments, permits to work, and emergency-response plans.
Experience conducting site safety inspections, toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training.
Knowledge of work-at-height safety, scaffolding, hot works, electrical safety, lifting operations, confined spaces, and proper PPE requirements.




Ability to identify unsafe acts and conditions and immediately implement corrective action.
Experience maintaining HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and daily safety documentation.
Capable of investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses and preparing corrective and preventive action reports.
Positive communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam would be an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of regularly monitoring all active work areas.
Must have the authority and confidence to stop any unsafe work until suitable control measures are implemented.
