Role Description:

The Media Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for driving advertising and sponsorship revenue by identifying prospects, presenting media solutions, and closing sales across print, digital, and branded content offerings. The Media Sales Manager will manage client accounts end-to-end, from lead generation and pitch development to negotiation, contract closure, and ongoing relationship management.



Daily responsibilities include developing sales pipelines, coordinating with editorial and marketing teams to create aligned proposals, tracking performance against revenue targets, and ensuring a high standard of client communication and service. The role also involves market research to identify current opportunities and staying current on trends within business and technology media and the startup ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Media Sales Experience: Proven experience of 4-6 Years in media sales, including digital advertising, content syndication, programmatic media buying, or other media sales channels.
Revenue Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and successful lead generation techniques.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs to drive upselling, cross-selling
