? About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify challenges, and recommend practical solutions. You will also help convert business needs into transparent requirements for technical and operational teams.
? Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare clear documentation of business requirements and workflows.
Work with technical and non-technical teams to define project requirements.
Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.




Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business summaries.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
Create process flows, use cases, and requirement documents when required.
Monitor project and business performance against defined requirements.
Identify potential risks, issues, and process inefficiencies.
Support testing and validation of new systems, processes, or features.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Follow up with teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
