Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for FlowDesk’s AI and fintech solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role involves close collaboration with the product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market data, track sales performance, and contribute to strategic planning to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales development, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment in technology or fintech domains.
