Role Description The Branch Credit Manager is responsible for managing credit operations and underwriting activities at the Nizamabad branch in an on-site, full time capacity. The role includes assessing creditworthiness of applicants, analyzing financial documents, and making sound lending decisions aligned with company policies and risk frameworks. The Branch Credit Manager oversees the credit approval process, ensures adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards,



and collaborates with sales teams to support quality business growth. Daily tasks involve monitoring portfolio performance, identifying early warning signals, implementing risk mitigation measures, and preparing periodic credit and risk reports. The role also entails mentoring branch staff on credit processes and supporting continuous improvement in turnaround time, customer experience, and asset quality.
Qualifications
Strong credit assessment and underwriting skills, with the ability to analyze financial statements, bank data, and customer profiles.
Experience in risk analysis and portfolio monitoring, including identifying delinquencies and implementing appropriate controls.
Knowledge of lending products and NBFC/retail banking operations, preferably in consumer or SME finance.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to lending and credit, and adherence to intern
