About the role:

Cipher Meditech LLP is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Area Manager – ENT to drive business growth across the assigned territory. The role involves promoting our ENT portfolio, developing strong customer relationships, supporting clinical procedures, and achieving sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and business objectives for the assigned territory.
Promote Cipher's ENT product portfolio to ENT surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Maintain and regularly review the sales funnel to ensure healthy business growth.
Work closely with the Regional Manager to execute sales strategies and achieve territory goals.
Support customers during product evaluations, demonstrations, and clinical cases.
Coordinate with application specialists and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.




Build long-term relationships with surgeons, OT teams, purchase departments, and hospital management.
Provide timely sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Attend internal meetings, product trainings, conferences, workshops, and customer events.
Ensure effective utilisation of Cipher technologies through customer education and training.
Support collection of receivables and maintain commercial discipline.
Continuously upgrade product knowledge, clinical understanding, and selling skills.

Travel:

Expected Travel: Approximately 90% field travel within the assigned territory.

Desired Profile:

B.E., B.Sc., Life Sciences graduate, or any relevant postgraduate qualification.
1–2 years of experience in capital equipment sales in the medical device industry.
If without medical device experience, candidates from the pharmaceutical industry with 2–3 years of ENT specialty experience may also be considered..
