Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Content Strategist & Brand Storyteller. The role involves developing and executing content strategies that support IHM Connect’s brand positioning and business objectives across digital and offline channels.



The Content Strategist & Brand Storyteller will plan content themes, craft narratives that highlight product value, and create explicit, engaging copy for websites, product pages, campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership materials. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex ERP capabilities into accessible stories, managing content calendars, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. The role also includes analyzing content performance, refining messaging based on insights, and maintaining brand guidelines to strengthen IHM Connect’s presence in target markets.
Qualifications
Strong content strategy and content development skills for planning and shaping narratives aligned with business goals.
Experience in content management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining content assets across multiple channels.
