Role Description The Sales Executive – HORECA will be responsible for driving B2B sales of premium seafood products to hotels, restaurants, caterers, and cloud kitchens in the Mumbai region. This full time,



on-site role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with chefs, F&B; managers, and procurement heads. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and product presentations, coordinating sampling and demonstrations, preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, and ensuring timely order closure and collections. The role also includes tracking market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics, while working closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries and high service levels. The Sales Executive will report on sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and support growth initiatives such as distributor partnerships and regional promotions.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience in HORECA, foodservice, or FMCG, with strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
