Role Description The Owner role at Adage Automation Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Odisha, India. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, drive growth initiatives,



and ensure the company’s solutions remain competitive and aligned with industry needs in gas analytics and environmental monitoring. Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding product and solution development, supervising financial performance, and coordinating with subsidiary teams to maintain global standards. The role also involves setting operational policies, leading senior leadership teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. The Owner will represent the company in strategic partnerships and industry forums, while fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including business planning, decision-making, and team leadership.
