Role Description The Deputy Chief Technology Officer is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves overseeing technology strategy execution, guiding software and product development initiatives, and ensuring that IT architecture aligns with business goals and design-focused operations. The Deputy CTO will collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps, manage cross-functional projects,



and drive process improvements that support scalability, quality, and innovation. Daily responsibilities include leading technical teams, monitoring project delivery, evaluating new tools and platforms, and ensuring robust governance, security, and compliance across technology systems. The role also includes mentoring team members, coordinating with external partners, and reporting technology performance and risks to the executive leadership.
