Role Description The Dispatch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing the daily dispatch operations for engines and generators. This role involves planning and scheduling shipments, coordinating with production, warehousing, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The Dispatch Manager monitors inventory and order status, resolves dispatch-related issues, and maintains dispatch documentation and tracking systems. The role also includes supervising dispatch staff,



implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills and Operations Management capabilities to lead dispatch teams and oversee end-to-end dispatch processes.
Candidates should possess Dispatching expertise, including shipment planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
