About Postwork

Postwork Solutions is an AI automation and content operations agency serving US-based clients. We run two service arms — Postwork Digital (content and marketing) and Postwork Automate (AI workflow buildouts, CRM automation, and ops tooling). Our clients are US home services businesses, professional services firms, and growth-stage B2B companies.
We're a small, fast-moving team and we move fast. This is not a passive internship — you'll be in the trenches from day one.

The Role

You'll own the entire sales motion — from first dial to signed contract. Your job is to find prospects, get them on the phone, run the discovery, build the business case, handle objections, and close. You'll be trained on our full outbound system: cold call scripts, qualification frameworks, proposal structuring, objection handling, and how to get a decision from a US business owner.

This is a full-cycle role. You hunt, you pitch, you close.

What You'll Do

Cold call US-based SMB prospects from a pre-built pipeline (home services, trades, qualified services)




Run multi-touch outbound sequences — calls, follow-up messages, and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a structured discovery framework
Log all activity in our CRM — every call, every outcome, every objection
Hit daily and weekly targets: dials, conversations, proposals sent, and deals closed
Research target businesses before outreach and personalize your approach
Work closely with the founders to refine messaging and sharpen the pitch
Own your pipeline end-to-end — you are responsible for the number
