I am looking to build a small, high-quality team for an upcoming strategic business initiative within our company.
We are an established manufacturing business, and the initiative will involve extensive interaction with industrial and manufacturing companies across different markets and locations.
I am looking for people who are:
Confident and comfortable communicating with business owners, factory personnel and senior professionals.
Willing to travel extensively and work in the field.
Naturally curious and good at asking questions.
Strong in communication and relationship building.
Observant, disciplined and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility.
Interested in understanding how businesses and manufacturing units operate.
Ambitious and looking for a role with significant learning and growth.

Experience
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, business development, market research, manufacturing or related fields are welcome.




Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence and the right attitude may also be considered.
This is not a conventional desk-based sales position. The role will require substantial field interaction and engagement with industrial businesses.
The exact nature of the initiative, responsibilities, growth path and compensation structure will be discussed personally with shortlisted candidates.

Location
? Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
The position will involve travel across industrial areas and manufacturing clusters.
