Role Description: The Video Editor & Creative Designer will create engaging visual content for Defence Mania’s courses, marketing, and social media. Responsibilities include:

Editing videos, Shorts, Reels, and educational content.
Creating attractive YouTube thumbnails, Shorts covers, and social media posts.
Shooting short clips, events, and promotional videos.
Adding transitions, effects, text, captions, music, and basic motion graphics.
Basic color correction and audio enhancement.
Repurposing content for different social media platforms.
Working with faculty and the marketing team to create creative, engaging content.





This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in Video Editing, Shorts/Reels, and Video Production.
Ability to create creative YouTube thumbnails, Shorts covers, and social media posts.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, and sound effects.
Good understanding of visual storytelling, trends, and engaging social media content.
Ability to shoot and edit short video clips when required.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in educational/coaching content is an advantage.
