We’re Hiring: Manager of Performance Marketing & Growth ?

StartupStory is looking for a hands-on growth operator who can own our paid acquisition engine from strategy to revenue.

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to “run ads.”

We want someone who understands the entire funnel:

Ad → Click → Lead → Qualification → Conversion → Revenue

What you’ll own
- Build and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Develop performance marketing strategy across our digital brands
- Own lead generation and acquisition
- Track and optimise CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and revenue
- Run continuous creative, audience and landing-page testing
- Build retargeting and remarketing funnels
- Work closely with the content and sales teams to improve lead quality
- Analyse campaign data and identify what is actually driving revenue
- Scale winning campaigns while cutting campaigns that don't perform
- Build dashboards and reporting around marketing performance
- Experiment with new acquisition channels, tools and growth strategies

Who we’re looking for

Someone who is:




- Extremely hands-on
- Data-driven and commercially minded
- Comfortable managing meaningful ad budgets
- Strong with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Obsessed with conversion rates and customer acquisition
- Able to understand both marketing and sales
- Comfortable testing, failing, learning and scaling quickly
- More interested in results than fancy presentations

Bonus points if you have
- Experience with startups, media, EdTech, D2C or digital businesses
- Experience scaling campaigns from scratch
- Strong understanding of funnels and attribution
- Experience with CRM, analytics and marketing automation
- A track record of taking campaigns from ₹1 → ₹10 → ₹100 lakh+ in spend/revenue
