Role Description The AGM Cell Process role at eSun Solar is a full-time, on-site position based in Naidupeta,



focused on overseeing and optimizing solar cell manufacturing processes. The individual in this role will lead process engineering activities for cell production lines, including defining process parameters, monitoring yields, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing production data, troubleshooting process deviations, coordinating with equipment and maintenance teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting technology transfers from principal partners, training process engineers and operators, and contributing to the scale-up of current solar cell technologies. The AGM Cell Process will be expected to prepare regular process reports, recommend corrective actions, and play a key role in achieving manufacturing performance targets.
