About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling e-commerce logistics & fulfillment solutions provider operating across India’s top marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), we enable brands to scale operations with lean, tech-driven warehouse networks. Our managers oversee end-to-end fulfillment — from inbound logistics and inventory accuracy to order dispatch, returns, and vendor coordination — ensuring 99.5% SLA compliance for high-volume sellers.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations across Amazon/Flikart FBA/FBM compliance guidelines — from receiving to dispatch, returns, and quality checks.
Drive inventory accuracy (99.8%+) via cycle counts, bin management, and WMS reconciliation with marketplace platforms.
Lead a 20–50 member team — operators, pickers, packers — ensuring safety, productivity KPIs, and shift-wise output targets.
Optimize space, labor, and workflows to reduce order-to-ship time by 20%+ while maintaining Amazon A-to-Z and Flipkart SLA compliance.
Coordinate with 3PLs, carrier partners, and marketplace support teams for issue resolution,



shipment delays, and refund escalations.
Implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, and digital tools (e.g., EZOffice, Flexe, or custom WMS) to cut operational costs by 15% YoY.
