Role Description The Cold Outreach Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for initiating and managing outbound prospecting to home improvement businesses and related decision-makers. Day-to-day, this role involves researching target accounts, identifying key contacts,



and crafting personalized outreach messages across email, social platforms, and other channels. The specialist will maintain outreach sequences, track responses, and qualify leads based on defined criteria before routing them to the sales pipeline.
