About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for the Legal Olympiad. The goal is to drive quality registrations and leads through targeted paid campaigns.



This is a freelance engagement - we intend to start with a trial project/one-time campaign and evaluate scope for a longer-term association based on results and working fit.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Define targeting, budgets, and bidding strategy aimed at driving registrations, leads, and conversions.
Create and test ad creatives/copy variations in coordination with the content/design team.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for cost-efficiency and ROI (CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS).
Set up and maintain tracking - pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters, and basic analytics dashboards.
Share transparent, periodic performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Recommend budget reallocation and scaling strategies based on data.
