Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Ranchi (On-site)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline campaigns.
Manage and optimize social media marketing activities.
Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Manage local marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing content and advertisements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.




Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns independently.
