Role Description The Lean Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving lean management and operational excellence initiatives within client MSME organizations. This role involves assessing current processes, identifying waste and improvement opportunities, and designing practical solutions aligned with lean principles. The Lean Consultant will facilitate workshops,



coach client teams, and support implementation of standardized processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices. The position includes preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with client leadership to align improvements with strategic goals, and ensuring knowledge transfer so that client teams can sustain gains. The consultant will also coordinate with other DVBC service lines to integrate lean projects into broader business transformation efforts.
