Work Schedule
Rotational shifts:
6 AM – 3 PM IST (2:30–11:30 CET, summer)
2 PM – 11 PM IST (10:30–19:30 CET, summer)
10 PM – 7 AM IST (18:30–3:30 CET, summer)
Weekend rotation with compensatory days off

Key Responsibilities
Pre‑market checks on applications & infrastructure
Incident management and vendor engagement
Application troubleshooting & scripting (Python, Perl, PowerShell)
Market data support for functionality & content
Runbooks & FAQs for helpdesk teams

Skills & Experience
Windows troubleshooting + DevOps (GitHub, CI/CD)
Remote support & vendor coordination
Strong communication & problem‑solving
Fluent in English
Scripting: Perl, Python, PowerShell

Preferred Qualifications




Market data platforms: Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Factset, Datastream
Linux familiarity
Vendor distribution systems: TREP, Elektron, Activ
Financial industry exposure across asset classes
Market data industry background
