We are looking for a Team Lead -Life and Pension Insurance for one of our esteemed clients in Nagpur having experience Life and Pension Insurance, Team Management, Team Lead.

Experience : 7+Years

Job Type : Permanent

Job Location : Nagpur

Work Mode : Onsite

Shifts : US shift

Week Offs : 5 Days working, 2 Days off

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team handling Life & Pension insurance operations .

Manage day-to-day activities related to policy administration, servicing, and transaction processing.

Handle processes such as recent business, policy servicing, underwriting support, claims, pension administration, and policy changes .

Monitor team performance against SLA, productivity, accuracy, and quality targets .

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring of team members.





Identify process gaps and implement process improvement and automation initiatives .

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines.

Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues within defined timelines.

Prepare and analyze operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams.

Support transition, migration, and knowledge-transfer activities for new processes.

Ensure effective documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
