About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing directly to MindFuel's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Research and identify potential customers, institutions, partners, and business opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable MindFuel solutions.
Schedule and conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate with prospects and assist in converting qualified leads into customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions.
Meet defined business development and sales targets.
Work closely with the founding and core team to develop new growth strategies.
