We’re looking for a Business Development Executive – Events & Publications to join our team and drive business growth across our portfolio of publications, conferences, events, and awards.

If you have experience in B2 B sales, media, events, publications, conferences, awards, sponsorships, or delegate acquisition, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development across publications, conferences, events, and awards

• Identify and acquire delegates, speakers, awardees, sponsors, and participating organisations

• Generate new B2 B leads through research, networking, outreach, referrals, and other channels

• Build strong relationships with CXOs, senior professionals, decision-makers, and industry leaders

• Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closure

• Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of events and publication initiatives





• Achieve business development and revenue targets

2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in:

✅ Awards & Recognition

✅ B2 B Business Development

✅ Delegate / Speaker Acquisition

✅ Sponsorship & Partnership Sales

Candidates from media houses, event companies, publishing companies, conference organisations, or similar B2 B businesses will be preferred.

You should have:

• Solid communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent relationship-building abilities

• A proven ability to generate opportunities and close business

• Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and industry leaders

• A target-oriented and self-driven approach

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
