We are looking for a Campaign Manager who will take complete responsibility for the ground-level political campaign operations of an entire Assembly Constituency.
The Campaign Manager will work closely with the political leader/candidate, coordinate with the constituency-level organization, analyse the strength and weakness of every booth, develop booth-specific strategies, plan and execute yatras and public outreach programs, and ensure that every campaign activity is implemented effectively on the ground.
This is a high-responsibility field role requiring solid leadership, political understanding, communication skills, strategic thinking, and excellent execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Assembly-Level Campaign Management
Take ownership of campaign execution across the entire Assembly Constituency.
Coordinate directly with the political leader/candidate and provide regular ground-level updates.
Develop and execute the constituency's overall field campaign strategy.
Plan daily, weekly, and campaign-phase activities based on political priorities.




Ensure timely execution of every assigned campaign activity.
2. Booth-Level Analysis & Strategy
Conduct detailed booth-wise assessment of the Assembly Constituency.
Identify strong, weak, and critical booths.
Analyse booth-level voter trends, local issues, organizational strength, previous election performance, and ground feedback.
Develop customized strategies for weak and critical booths.
Prepare booth-wise action plans and continuously track their implementation.
Identify areas requiring additional manpower, outreach, leadership presence, or campaign activities.
3. Yatra & Public Outreach Management
Design and plan political yatras, padyatras, जनसंपर्क programs, nukkad meetings, public meetings, door-to-door campaigns, and other field activities.
Prepare routes, schedules, manpower plans, local coordination, and execution plans.
