Role Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building experience across manufacturing operations, process engineering, production, process optimization, quality improvement, plant efficiency, and continuous improvement.





The Manufacturing Process Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, utilities, process, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance, reduce operational losses, and support safe, productive, and consistent plant operations.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production, operations, quality, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering can apply.
Candidates from food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering, agro-processing, starch, packaging, consumer goods, or other manufacturing industries are welcome.
