Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. Responsibilities include guiding clients through property selection, providing expert advice on real estate options, and conducting property visits and site inspections. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining detailed property listings, and preparing proposals and documentation. The Property Consultant will build and nurture client relationships, support sales negotiations,



and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in promotional events are also part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications

Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a target-driven setting.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Kochi and broader Kerala.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records.
Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM software, email, property listing platforms) and documentation practices.
Prior experience in real estate, property consulting, or related fields is preferred.
