Role Description The Analytics Team Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing data-driven decision-making across PInterview’s platform and operations. This role involves leading a small analytics team, defining analytical frameworks, and designing dashboards and reports to track user engagement, performance metrics,



and business outcomes. The Analytics Team Lead will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify insights, optimize workflows, and recommend improvements to user experience and service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing data collection processes, validating data quality, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and presenting findings in clear, actionable formats. The role also requires mentoring team members, prioritizing analytics projects, and supporting leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
