Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media presence, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and engagement metrics to improve results. The specialist will collaborate with product, content, and mentorship teams to promote programs, support learner acquisition,



and strengthen brand visibility. The role also involves market research, testing new growth initiatives, and reporting on campaign outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, grow audience engagement, and support brand awareness.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns and funnels.
